DESPERATION AS FUEL

My launch into entrepreneurship was fed by desperation, not inspiration. I was laid off (through no fault of my own)  while recovering from a cancer diagnosis and surgery, with 2 kids in college at the same time. In that season I pondered my mortality as I launched my own global technology sales company and won a $25,000 Entrepreneurs Challenge. I didn’t want my legacy in the hands of entities who were comfortable discarding my value and committed to higher living once read this: “What kind of servant once free, goes to seek another master?” I stopped looking for jobs and began pursuing opportunities.

THOUGHT LEADER

These days I gift myself with conversations and challenges in the daily presence of visionaries, technologists, and new entrepreneur who ask: “what if….” and those who are asking themselves this question: “Do I have anything left in the tank to climb one more mountain?” The calling on my life: to help improve the human condition.
